That seems to be weird (and annoying). In 2.8.2, some lines are added to the
document, like this:

<styles>
<s followedby="Current Settings" name="Normal" type="P" props="font-weight:normal; font-family:Times New Roman; margin-top:0pt; font-style:italic; margin-left:0pt; widows:2; font-variant:normal; text-indent:0in; margin-bottom:0pt; text-decoration:none; bgcolor:transparent; margin-right:0pt; color:000000; font-size:12pt; line-height:1.0; text-align:left; font-stretch:normal"/>
</styles>

Does 2.86 version set properties to every element (section, p, etc...)?
