Loading Problem with Dictionary

I have been tryxing to load ictionaries, and have not had any luck findin=
g any info about how to do it.
After downloading it seem to Install but when I try to check the document=
 it does not work, the Dictionary is not in its place.
Please help, I am using Windows 8.1 Pro.
