Mail merge

Hello

I'm trying to get mail merge working in Abiword, and not having much luck.

I tried following the instructions in the manual at:

But they don't work on Abiword 3.0.2. 

I get this message:

if I enter 

>abiword -m mergeleme.csv mergeletter2.abw 

at the terminal, Abiword starts and loads my template letter, but all I see is the field names.

If I go to the Tools menu, and click Mail Merge, I get the first record from my CSV.

Where am I going wrong?
