i saw not too long ago, it's and indipendent impl.
of "contentEditable" ala IE.

it uses a attr. in the div to mark as editable:

<div id="contentarea" contentEditable="true">

pretty cool. my only concern is that such page
does not validate due to that proprietary
"contentEditable" attr.

IIRC there should be a way to mark the <div> editable without
making invalid markup. maybe via CSS.
