examples updated and a few bug fixes

Hi there

with the latest snapshot, the inline and the uni example should be now 
working much better. I'll try to add image inserts and table/link 
support to the inline example later and then I'll release 0.9.3

The Uni example is now very improved and uses the same features as the 
one the uni uses. It has quite a complex RelaxNG Schema mainly based on 
the XHTML Schema but with some custom schemas added. Imageupload needs 
fixing as well.
