BXE license changed to Apache Software License 2

Hi

It was in the Roadmap since a long time, but yesterday I finally did the 
necessary search&replace. BXE is now licensed unter the ASL 2.0 
(http://www.apache.org/licenses/). As the old license already was based 
on ASL 1.0, this shouldn't really affect anyone. It just makes life 
easier for everyone, in our opinion (we can take the whole license as it 
is, for example, and don't have to replace the names).

It still means: Do whatever you want with the BXE code (even include it 
in commercial non-open-source products), as long as you

        include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
        within the NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
        pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
        of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
        as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
        documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
        within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
        wherever such third-party notices normally appear.

And according to the ASF, ASL 2.0 is GPL compatible.
