Plain/Bold/Italics Buttons Update

Hi

The Plain/Bold/Italics buttons should now work as expected in most
cases. You can even "unbold" with the bold button now.

We have sometimes some issues with the selections after inserting tags
(strange stuff is shown as selected), I will investigate in that later.

One other thing, which doesn't work right now is "unbolding" of text
within a tag. for example if you have:

<bold>this is bold</bold>

You can't just select "is" and then "unbold" that. But we're working on
it :)
