I looked at the PHP option and it looked like you would have to do a lot
of page specific conversions. My pages my vary quite a lot in content.
If there is a short set of code that could convert XML to HTML based on
a XSLT I would appreciate any links to it - or maybe a snippet by mail?

Is it just a matter of schema changes and changing extensions when
calling the files? If it is, I might take a swing at that myself.

...and assumed that the two next to the list button were justify right
and left.
