problems with disappearing tag-contents

hi,

we have a problem with the contents of a tag. the schema is as follow:

	<define name="titel">
		<element name="titel">
			<ref name="attributes"/>
			<oneOrMore>
				<choice>
					<ref name="img"/>
					<text />
				</choice>
			</oneOrMore>
		</element>
	</define>

using that we have possible constructions like that:

<box>
<title><img .../>Titletext</title>
some more content
</box>

In Normal-Mode its possible to edit this box and insert the "Titletext" 
but on saving the "Titletext" is not send. too in sourcemode this 
"Titletext" is not shown. In Tag-Mode the "Titletext" is visible.

The whole schema works here, so it could be a bug?
