your server is answering something. maybe some "Not allowed" page or 
whatever. The Server has to handle a PUT request, Apache 2 doesn't that, 
only if you install the WebDAV Module and access the inline.xml page 
through this module

(you could certainly also write some little "scripts" on the server side 
in php/java/whatever to handle to request)

"HTML 2.0" in index.html which comes with BXE? Not possible ;) As I 
said, it looks like it's the answer from your Server, which is neither a 
201 or 204 HTTP status code (the one BXE excepts on a PUT request)
