Maybe it does not validate, but it doesn't complain for whatever reason 
about that on startup.. Somethings strange certainly in your setup. I 
assume you can edit your document in the one form editor of Lenya. This 
should use the same RelaxNG as BXE (AFAIK about lenya) and complain, if 
somethings wrong with your RelaxNG file

Yeah, sure you can use, whatever you want. I just wanted to check, what 
you use.

If possible, can you send me your relaxng and a sample content file. 
Maybe I'll spot the error faster this way
