BXE 2.0 Help Implementing

I have been trying to implement BXE 2.0 into my project and have finally 
got it to load. However, the editable area's text dissapears (at least 
from sight, but not from the code), and I am not able to change 
anything. I am serving all of the files with php and setting output to 
text/xml. I believe it is a problem with my config/xml/xsl files, but I 
can't seem to find it. Anyway I have dumped the following files:

http://www.schmalls.com/test/config.txt -> the config.xml file
http://www.schmalls.com/test/xml.txt -> the xml file
http://www.schmalls.com/test/xsl.txt -> the xsl file
http://www.schmalls.com/test/schema.txt -> the schema file
http://www.schmalls.com/test/html.txt -> the original html file
http://www.schmalls.com/test/rendered.txt -> the html file after it has 
been rendered (used the "View Rendered Source" extension).
