Look at src/gxx-*.h

I think I must have spent too long looking at software rasterisers back in the
pre-hardware accelerated 3D days.

This code is probably unreadable by anyone other than me.  We should have a
better way of automatically mapping between XML and C objects, optimised for
readability/maintainability, rather than for me showing off my abilities to
abuse the C preprocessor in neat^Wevil ways.
