Shaun McCance recently refactored some of the DocBook-handling from Yelp and put
them in a separate package: gnome-doc-utils

We should investigate adding an optional dependency on this package, so that we
can use all that good stuff.

In particular, we could use the stylesheets for HTML export, and for a possible
Yelp-style autopreview mode.
