Conglomerate would benefit from a standard View menu including but limited to 

_View
---
Show (Standard) _Toolbar
(Show XML Toolbar) 
Show _Status Bar
---
_Overview
_Raw XML
---
_Fullscreen  F11

(Overview and Raw XML would be a Radio list, allowing you to toggle between them).  

possibly also (like gedit) a submenu for  
_Customize Toolbar 
    _Icons Only
    _Text Only
    Text _Below Icons
    _Priority Text Beside Icons
    _Desktop Default


(Eventually Zoom functionality might also be added but I'm not asking for it)
