It's strange, but I see completely different situation when I open this document
in conglomerate. When entity declarations are expanded I see the contents of
entity declaration there. As I've understood from screenshot you see nothing there.

It could be related to libxml. What version do you use? Also could you attach
full output from conglomerate (not starting from the middle).
