I've committed a fix for this; CongEditorAreas now support a "width_changed"
signal which they emit when their allocated width changes; line managers listen
to this, and get the child editor nodes to regnerate their areas as appropriate
- I hope.  I'm not convinced about the current code to handle span tags (I wrote
some boilerplate, and it's untested), but hopefully this mostly fixes this bug.
 Simple  resizing works when you enlarge the widget (shrinking doesn't work yet)
