Please describe the problem:
When compiling conglomerate v.0.9.2, it appears various messages (including WARNING), when generating 
the gtk-doc part:

gtkdoc-mkdb --module=conglomerate --source-dir=../../src  --main- sgml-file=conglomerate-
docs.sgml --sgml-mode --output-format=XML


Steps to reproduce:
1. Download conglomerate v. 0.9.2
2. Build it
3. Observe the build output


Actual results:
Various WARNING and similar messages.

Expected results:
No WARNING messages

Does this happen every time?
