Please describe the problem:
I simply loaded the document and it needs minutes and minutes to load. Then it
was so slow while using it that I had to kill it.

The XML file is a render format description of OpenStreetMap
(www.openstreetmap.org)

Steps to reproduce:
Load the attached file

Actual results:
Needs a lot of time to load

Expected results:
Should load faster or at least be faster after loaded into memory

Does this happen every time?
Yes

Other information:
Filesize is 61K
