The problem is I cannot use it, since it uses variables that are not 
defined at the time I use them or tools that are not in the tree.

For example it uses intltool-merge, extract, and so on, which are not 
in the upper directory.

So, I need just to "translate" the script in another one I can run 
locally without having to build, install the package, because then it's 
too late.
