Patch for doc (disabling fo)

Here's the patch for disabling all fo references in the doc.



As a side note, it should have been applied before releasing 7.15 
version (I don't understand why the ports' maintainers are not advised 
beforehand that a release will come and a pre-release version is not 
sent together with a freeze to update po and make latest changes).
