Oh, sorry. Yes, it could make a difference (half a second is not a very 
long delay, but 3 minutes, yes).

Just remember I cannot test until one day and a half after you 
eventually commit the change.

As a side not, I completely forgot to insert into the last patch I 
sent, a very small correction to the kernel-traffic-newsletter.xds.in.

Here it is, sorry for that: (just newsletter vs. newletter in the 
description).
