Question about faq.xml

Would not faq.xml be inserted inside conglomerate.xml, as appendix for 
example, so that it is available when users browse the user manual?

At the moment, it does not load with yelp, since the global entities 
are not declared in it and there is a reference to xds/index.html 
(<ulink url="xds/index.html">) which is external. Even inserting the 
global entities does not solve entirely the problem, since yelp does 
not load (automatically) other files than conglomerate.xml (it is still 
possible to load it manually, but that's not ideal).
