I mean I've already begun to translate them in December, but then other 
packages need my attention, so that, I'm sorry, I could not spend as 
much time as I wanted on conglomerate. But now, it's more quiet on 
other ends.

I don't think so, I created them and change them when needed, then I 
commit them to Fink once I have tested conglomerate on my system. It 
takes me about one minute to change them and all is driven by scripts 
local to my system. The parts that take time are to update po file, 
compile conglomerate and test it, but then I'm alone with it, am not I?
