It solves the problem that there is no CSS on that URI on every machine. It 
does not solve the menu event problem. I just made the processing instruction 
commented because it has no purpose and could have been a possible source of 
problems.

As far as I can see on my machine, testing both documents works. I think the 
main problem is something to do with the way the help is invoked. Somehow it 
does not work on mac.
