Gnome cvs anonymous delay

Here's the copy of private mail so that anybody could see what's all  
about and the result.

1 - Initial state

Updating from anoncvs.gnome.org

Till the beginning: sometimes four or three days behind, mostly 2  
days behind, lately 10 days behind

2 - Current state

Changing to anoncvs3.gnome.org

It's not the exact timing since I made a pause between 10:00 UTC and  
13:30 UTC, but now it's passed through, so that means between:

Not perfect, but far better than 10 days.

Hopefully it will improve, not the contrary.
