That "announce" gives a chance to trigger some issues.

In my queue is waiting an updated po/de.po,
tonight I have scheduled some time for it.

I assume that Michele will speak for herself regarding the fr.po.

What we both want to known is, when the deadline is.

The announce mailinglist is setup for the release announcement.
(it was broken for a long time, fixed before the 9.0.0 release, but
forgotten to be used)
