Are images displayed in the editor?

Hi,

I don't remember if I've already asked the question, so I ask again.

Say I have the following fragment in editor for an xml Docbook article:

<title>A screenshot</title>
<screenshot><mediaobject>
<imageobject>
<imagedata fileref="screenshot.png" format="PNG"/>
</imageobject>
</mediaobject></screenshot>
</figure>

Is the figure supposed to be displayed?

At the moment, I have only a representation of the imagedata code.
