Sorry, I've found a way to do it, following Nicola=EF advice:

make conglomerate.pot
../intltool-update fr

but it generates:

# ../src/ etc.

instead of:

# src/ etc.

Is there a way to avoid this? (apart from removing all ../ with a =20
tool afterwards)
