Hello,

Conglomerate is now available in Debian testing ATM AKA Sarge.

So people with 'testing' or 'sarge' in their /etc/apt/sources.list
can do

  apt-get update
  apt-get install conglomerate

to get a executable of the XML editor they are curious about.
