planning support for the rfc2629 format

hi. i'm the guy who maintains xml2rfc -- http://xml.resource.org/ -- one of the
translators that supports the rfc2629 format.

one of the users asked me what the odds were of 2629 support to conglomerate.
not having used conglomerate, i thought i'd ask here as to how many folks use
(or have even heard) of the somewhat obscure 2629 format.
