Conglomerate uses Norman Walsh's DocBook stylesheets for transforming
DocBook into formats such as HTML.

They usually get included in recent Linux distributions, although the
precise location is non-standard.  

Does the file listed in the error dialog actually exist?  Perhaps you
need to install some packages.

What distribution are you using?
