It was, or at least sleeping, until Dave Malcolm kicked it back into
life in July:

He has ported conge to GTk2 and libxml2.  There has been no formal
release yet, but it's possible to download the current version from
CVS and build it, at least on a linux system.  See

I don't think you need the old version of the flux library mentioned
in this page.
