Me too.

I am trying to introduce DocBook XML as a replacement for MSWord
documents.  I'm OK on the processing side, successfully generating
HTML and PDF from DocBook XML.

I'm also comfortable with Emacs+XAE/psgml for editing DocBook
documents, but others have made pretty clear that they are not.

Seems like.  The last messages from the developers on the development
list, was from July 2000.
