Don't know about the "regeneration" thing (sorry :) but the file is most
definitely there.

Well, there isn't much output: make: Nothing to be done for `all'.

That shouldn't be a problem, as I'm still using the 0.7.11 original
tarball. But now that I think of it you said you modified the file I
attached to the bug report somehow ...
