Re: section->article

I am on the conglomerate-devel mailing list. I think that conglomerate is the 
solution to all my problems - and as soon as I learn XSL, it will solve even 
more of my problems. Nothing pleases me more than the idea of "Write once, 
publish everywhere." that is at the heart of XML.

So where do I begin on this DTD business?
