At the devel mailing list there was some hint that
 http://www.conglomerate.org/cvs.html
had a broken link. That is now fixed.
Gnome CVS can be reached from that link.

However, it is not updated to cvs.copyleft.no
due a 'no route to cvs.copyleft.no error' over here.
