Yes, but the gentoo vers. was only 0.7.12, and it had a nasty memory leak
when I left it on overnight at work, so I submitted a version bump. :)

Yes, here I am referring to HTML output.  I thought that the multi-page
thing was somehow tied to the things you layout in the editor.  No?

Just googled quickly for an example, Note the Next and Prev links, that is
the way I would like the chapters, not 1 huge page.
