    Major update to java beautifier to be able to correctly beautify Java 17 and below. Should work with Java 20 and below as no language changes were made to Java 18, 19, or 20. 
        Added CSV formatter.
        Quite a few bug fixes.

framework for code beautifiers and provides several
built-in beautifiers. While there are several existing
plugins for beautifying/formatting various source file
formats, this plugin aims to consolidate those
formatters into a standard API so that beautifying can
be performed in a general way, similar to how the
SideKick plugin provides a general framework for code
browsers.  Includes beautifiers for beanshell, css, csv, html, java, javacc, json, and jsp.
