fix FR#554 add match index to beanshell replace context

Current status:
simple version, working with replace all. 2 variables starting at 0:
 - `index` is the match index in buffer,
 - `indexInSel` resets on each selection (in case you want this in
   multiple selection mode)

not implemented:
 - keep index between Replace button clicks
 - a global index (not sure if it's useful)
 - also add match line number
