You can install it manually, download the zip file from:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/jedit-plugins/files/TaskList/2.7.0/TaskLis=
t-2.7.0.zip/download
Unzip the file then copy TaskList.jar to ~/.jedit/jars, or the appropriate
place for your OS. You can find the appropriate place by running jEdit,
then check the Utilities - Settings Directory. The top item on that menu
tells you where the .jedit folder is.
