 to be maintained very well, and even Metouia, which was
 hosted on sourceforge, had a bad link. I'll remove those
 from the documentation. Of the look and feels supported by
 the Look and Feel plugin, Substance is perhaps the nicest
 and has a variety of themes. Substance, along with the
 Editor Scheme plugin, can provide a really nice looking user
 interface. I should mention that due to some website snafu,
 Substance is also no longer maintained by the original
 author (essentially, the website hosting the site lost all
 the source code, which really annoyed Kirill).
