I haven't seen this one, it looks decent, but older. I'll test it out and see if it runs under Java 8 and/or 9, if so, I'll add it to the look and feel plugin. Personally, I haven't found a look and feel that is nicer than Substance for Java apps, but it has issues with Java 9 and isn't maintained any longer, at least, not by anyone outside of jEdit.
