Well, jEdit's SFTP plug-in stopped working for me, that's the main
reason... I need agood replacement there.

RText doesn't have plug-ins I think, but I might use it as a basis for
hacking. Or just use the RSyntaxTextArea component that it contains. I
really want to make my own smart editor in Java at some point, it's part of
my AI project.

Sorry to be abandoning jEdit, lol :o)
