Re: Apparent CPU loop

I'm not seeing this issue.  I do see an increase for a few seconds upon
returning to jEdit (maybe 10% of a core) but nothing significant.

OS: Windows 10
jEdit 5.4.0
JDK 1.8.0_91
Arch 64-bit
