It uses Apache Ivy.
It still doesn't work, but this will tell you what I'm trying to do and
it's a great reference.
If this works well and is incorporated into the system, then the XSLT
plugin will not need the Saxon plugin when using XSLT 2.0, and the XML
plugin will not need the Xerces plugin.
