Re: Installing the NetRexx plugin

If plugin manager is not loading the plugin list, that could be because you
have selected a mirror that is no longer good.
from the "Install" Pane there is a "Download Options". Try "Update Mirror
List" and then select another mirror, that should get things working again
with plugin manager.
