Any way to close files that no longer exist?

Hi, I often open files in a directory which is a git repo. When I
switch git branches, some files may no longer exist as files in the
file system; jedit would show such files as out of date (marked red).
Is there a jedit command or plugin that allows me to close such
files?

Thanks
