All the mirror sites are presenting errors while downloading plug-ins

AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 2700U 24.0 GB (22.9 GB usable) Windows 10 Pro version 22H2 build 19045.2965 I tried every mirror site listed in the app to download available plug-ins, but every site returned multiple instances of the following alert: Is a correctly working mirror site available or is there something on my laptop that I need to investigate?
