Viruswarning while installation of Lyx

Hello

yesterday I wrote, that I cannot start LYX, but I get the error-window "Error with reading
the configuration file lyxrc.defaults. Please check your
installation".

Well, I got no answer. So I removed the Lyx141-Installation and tried
to install again, using the lyx-1.4.1_win32_setup_v1.exe.

At the end og installation but still during installation I got the
message "Konnte das Konfigurationsskript nicht ausführen" and my
Virusscanner G-Data Antiviruskit gave a warning:

"Virus: Trojan.Downloader.Zlob.HQ
Datei: uninstall.exe
Verzeichnis: C:\Programme\Lyx141
Prozess: lyx-1.4.1_win32_setup_v1.exe"

The downloaded lyxfile has 8.813.106 bytes.

Is it really possible, that there is a virus in the downloaded file? I
got it from ftp://ftp.lyx.org/pub/lyx/bin/1.4.1/
